At Cobbs Ford Pet Health Center we are growing in order to provide our clients with the best products and services!

We have more than doubled our facilities and are equipping ourselves to provide you with the best of everything to take care of your friends!

In addition to our quality daily care for your friends, we offer many other services also. This is a list of the services we gladly provide.

Small Animal Medicine and Laser Surgery
We provide full clinical services in addition to hospital services for your pet.  In order to provide the most up to date care for our patients, we were the first veterinary clinic in Alabama to provide laser surgery. Our use of laser allows us to reduce pain and shorten healing time on your pet should surgery be required.

Emergency Care
We provide emergency call service at our hospital with our own doctors.  We feel strongly that you should receive good care after hours in familiar surroundings with our regular doctors.

Full In House Laboratory
Our lab is fully equipped to examine blood, organ, intestinal, or urine abnormalities.  The benefits to you are a timelier diagnosis, and treatment.

Endoscopic Services
Video monitors for endoscopes help visualize and treat various maladies that would otherwise require much more costly and painful procedures such as surgery. 

Ultrasound and Telemedicine Services
In an effort to care for your "best friend", we offer ultrasound and telemedicine services.  Ultrasound is a non-invasive technique which enables us to view the internal structures of the body.  Telemedicine allows us to confer with specialists regarding a case via the internet.

Drop off Service for the Day
We offer the option of dropping off your pet for the day, so that proper treatment can be done without interfering with your daily routine.

Discount Packages
We offer a variety of discounts including multiple procedure discounts, senior citizens discounts, VIP (Very Important Pet) discounts, and wellness plans for all ages.

Luxury Pet Resort
Let your pet vacation with us in one of our luxury suites, complete with a cot and television. Indoor and outdoor runs are on site for the canines who like more room to roam. Condos are available for both the canines and the felines in your family.

Avian, Pocket Pet, and Exotic Pet Services
We provide limited services for an ever-growing number of these pets that often have special requirements.  Ask us for details!

Specialist on Staff
Our Board Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist provides eye exams and cataract surgery to pets of our clients and for other veterinarian's clients by referral only.

Grooming Services
Professional grooming for both dogs and cats with over 30 years of combined experience.

Digital Radiography
We offer Digital Radiography & Dental Suite with Digital Radiography.

K Laser Therapy
K laser sends deep-penetrating photons from the laser which influences cell chemistry in a variety of ways. It is beneficial for: pain management, wound healing, musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation. There is no patient sedation or restraint required.

Reproductive Services
We are CLONE Alabama: the only facility in Alabama licensed with CLONE (Cryogenic Lab of New England) to provide Freezing of Canine Semen and Trans-cervical Inseminations. Main office www.cloneusa.com.
